Norwegian Air to Stockholm

This was a refreshingly basic flight.  No entertainment (no electronics boxes under the seat in front), no USB charging, nothing free, they shaved 1cm off the thickness of the seat cussion.  Three seats on each side of the aisle. I asked for a cup of tea assuming it was complementary, but...  I had pre-orderred a meal because I didn't want to be sitting there watching others eat but only me and 2 others had a meal, everyone else bought a pack of chips and a drink.

The ground staff work hard.  Our plane arrived only 30 minutes before our scheduled departure.  It seemed to wait for 5 minutes until the bay was ready to accept them.  Ground staff started turning up and it was like watching a well oiled machine.  It was the end of a long day and they playfully tossed red cones and wheel chocks around getting ready.

Apparently the bugs on the windscreen are a problem, it took one guy a fair while to clean them off:

These short haul pilots seem to have more fun.  I'm sure they taxi faster, and turn onto the runway and just gun it.  They seem to turn tighter, the bank angles are higher. I wonder about the noise though - rattles and squeeks.  Both landings were quite heavy I thought - I exchanged looks with other passengers...  Still, a no nonsense way to get from place to place.
